A soft, black, UV resistant thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) in the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) family. This material is specially formulated to enhance bonding onto EPDM vulcanized parts and TPV materials. It offers better adhesion on a small contact area, such as for weatherseals with thin lips or complex geometry. This grade of Santoprene? TPV is shear-dependent and can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment for injection molding.
